Why “Academy”
Not a collection of exercises — a system of learning
White Crane structures training progressively: movement fundamentals, qigong, taijiquan forms, tuishou, weapons, internal practice and applied understanding. We use the word “Academy” because training is treated as a system: theory, practice, levels, individual correction and transmission from teacher to student.
